The CISPA Ticket System is only available within the CISPA internal network. This is intended behavior and no service error.
Please refer to
the CISPA wiki to learn how to access the internal network using SSH/SOCKS or Wireguard VPN. You can also directly create your ticket by writing to the corresponding email address and view your ticket in the system when you are back in the network again.
